TECKO history

 

 

TESCO history - nineteen years on the market of services in technical regulation

16.07.2001 – Ltd. "TESCO" registration. A company main objective is to conduct work in field of technical regulation (testing, examination, certification, equipment quality).

15.11.2001 – "TESCO" was accredited as certified test laboratory in UkrSEPRO system (production testing), the certificate № UA 6.001. Т.383. We began to conduct the certification testing of production:

21.09.2006 – according to DSTU 3411 requirements after five years of successful work in field of certification "TESCO" was assigned and authorized in System UkrSEPRO as the certification body of products, the certificate № UA.Р.148 and № UA.РN.148 – the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No.288 from date 21.09.2006. The main direction of work is the certification of following production: Equipment working under pressure; Household equipment working on solid, liquid, gaseous fuel; Machines and mechanisms; Elevating constructions; Lifts and their safety components, etc.

30.10.2006 – "TESCO" was assigned as the Expert organization of Ukraine, the permission Gosgorpromnadzor of Ukraine № 2885.06.30-74.30.0. The main direction of work is the technical expertise of following production: Equipment working under pressure; Equipment with gas usage; Machines and mechanisms; Elevating constructions; Lifts and their safety components, etc.

11.06.2007 – "TESCO" was assigned in System UkrSEPRO as the certification body of management systems according to following standards: DSTU ISO 9001, DSTU ISO 14001, DSTU-P OHSAS 18001.

07.02.2008 – "TESCO" according to the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No.49 from date 07.02.2008 on 3 years was assigned by the Body to assess the conformity of products, processes and services (number of Body UA.TR.006) for execution of works on conformity assessment requirements of the nine technical regulations of Ukraine:

10.07.2009 – "TESCO" according to the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No. 244 from date 10.07.2009 was additionally assigned as the Body to assess the conformity of products, processes and services (number of Body UA.TR.006) for execution of works on conformity assessment requirements of two more technical regulations of Ukraine:

03.12.2009 – after three years of successful work, the certification body according to the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No. 443 from date 03.12.2009 received the re-appointment and authorization in System UkrSEPRO as the certification body of products, the certificate No. UA.Р.148 and No.UA.РN.148 till 03.12.2012.

26.08.2010 – after three years of successful work, the certification body according to the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No. 388 from date 26.08.2010 received the re-appointment and authorization in System UkrSEPRO as the certification body of management systems on conformity to standards DSTU ISO 9001, DSTU ISO 14001 and DSTU-P OHSAS 18001.

09.12.2010 – after three years of successful work according to the order Derzhspozhivstandard of Ukraine No. 559 from date 09.12.2010 we received the re-appointment for work production conformity assessment according to requirements of technical regulations valid until 07.02.2014.

16.02.2011 – we have received the renewed Permission Gosgorpromnadzor of Ukraine No. 647.11.30-74.30.0 on the 5 years as the Expert organization to perform high-risk: examination, testing, and technical expertise of machines, equipment increased risk and their elements.

05.07.2012 – we have passed the certification of quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 and have received international certificate number No. 12 100 4363 6 TMS.

14.09.2012 – "TESCO" confirmed its competence and compliance to ISO/IEC 17021:2001 and received a certificate of accreditation of the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine No.8O067 on the 5 years. Conformity assessment body accredited for certification of quality management systems in a cluster "production".

01.12.2012 – extended testing laboratory accreditation Ltd. "TESCO" for compliance with DSTU 3412 according to the order NAAU No. 101 from 19.11.2012, the accreditation certificate No. UA6.001.T.383.

03.12.2012 – Ltd. "TESCO" according to the order of Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine of 30.12.2012 No. 1381 re-appointed for an indefinite period Body (No. UA.TR.006) to assess product compliance with technical regulations two of Ukraine:

17.12.2012 – Ltd. "TESCO" confirmed their competence and compliance to DSTU EN 45011 and received a certificate of accreditation of the NAAU 1O227 valid for 5 years. The certification body and accredited conformity assessment for certification of products: equipment operating under pressure; simple pressure vessels; equipment operating on gaseous fuels; Efficiency boilers fired with liquid or gaseous fuels; machinery; elevators; personal protective equipment; low-voltage equipment; electromagnetic compatibility.

11.03.2013 – as evidence of long-term success of "TESCO" order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine No. 240 from 11.03.2013 was re-appointment and authorization for an indefinite period in the state system UkrSEPRO as body for certification of products, certificate No. UA.Р.148 and No. UA.РN.148.

04.10.2013 – Ltd. "TESCO" according to the order of Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine No. 1176 from 04.10.2013 re-appointed for an indefinite period UkrSEPRO as body for certification of management systems for compliance with DSTU ISO 9001, DSTU ISO 14001, DSTU OHSAS 18001, certificate No. UA .MQ.148.

24.04.2014 – Testing Laboratory "TESCO" has successfully passed all the accreditation procedures in accordance with the requirements of the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) and confirmed compliance testing laboratory "TESCO" requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025. Certificate about accreditation No. 2H423 from 04.24.2014 with a validity of 5 years.

25.03.2015 – "TESCO" after confirmation of the competence and according to DSTU EN 45011 during monitoring by NAAU, received the accreditation certificate NAAU No.1O227 on conformity ISO/IEC 17065.

03.04.2015 - as a result of monitoring by NAAU for compliance with ISO/IEC 17021, Ltd. TESCO expanded the scope of accreditation, and received the right to carry out certification of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001.

05.07.2015 – we passed the Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS-UK certification of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and received an international certificate No. UA227892

06.06.2017 - according to the results of supervision, Ltd. TESCO received a certificate of accreditation for compliance with DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17065:2014.

27.07.2017 – Ltd. TESKO was reappointed by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine 27.07.2017 No. 1107 as product conformity assessment body with the requirements of the Technical Regulations for equipment and protective systems for use in potentially explosive atmospheres

31.07.2017 – Ltd. TESKO was reappointed by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine 31.07.2017 No. 1126 as product conformity assessment body with the requirements of the Technical Regulations for machine safety.

30.08.2017 – Ltd. TESKO was reappointed by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine 30.08.2017 No. 1268 as product conformity assessment body with the requirements of the Technical Regulations for simple pressure vessels.

14.09.2017 – Ltd. TESKO confirmed its competence and compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and DSTU ISO 50003:2016 and received the accreditation certificate NAAU No. 8O067 with a validity period of 5 years. The certification body is accredited to certify management systems (DSTU ISO 9001, ISO 9001) and energy management systems (DSTU ISO 50001, ISO 50001).

17.12.2017 – Ltd. TESKO confirmed its competence and compliance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17065:2014 and received the accreditation certificate of NAAU №1O227 valid for 5 years.

04.01.2018 – Ltd. TESKO was reappointed by Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine 04.01.2018 No. 4 as product conformity assessment body with the requirements of the Technical Regulations for lifts and safety components for lifts.

05.07.2018 – we re-passed to Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS-UK certification of the quality management system for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and received an international certificate No. UA228881.

24.04.2019 - Testing Laboratory "TESCO" has successfully passed all the procedures of accreditation and re-confirmed the Testing laboratory "TESCO" compliance with the requirements of DSTU ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Certificate of accreditation № 20423 from 04.24.2019 valid for 5 years.
